Man, crappy weekend for us. We had an bad oil leak that we couldn't find. Tried to run it anyway, but oil was spraying all over the windshield and the right rear tire and the cabin was filled with smoke so we called it quits. Didn't stick around for the awards, who won overall?

Just read that Tyler McQuarrie and the C-West S2000 took overall top honors. Anyone know what time they ran?
EDIT: NM, just read that they ran a 1:48.829

Thanks guys!
To be 100% honest, it's the awesome competition you guys bring that makes winning such a satisfying honor!
Nils, I did a 1:58 flat in qualifying but felt like I had to beat your record time to the next second to really claim it. Then, I "only" managed a 1:58.4 in the first race which still beat you but would be really cheesy to claim the record by just a few thou. So in the second race, I really let it hang out and managed a 1:57.2 on the 3rd lap (all 3 in the 1:57 range). Watching the corner workers "flee" while sideways with 2 off was icing on the cake
. Doing it with the new rules 255 tires and a functioning cat makes it even sweeter and I cant wait to see you out here so we can butt (our bald) heads together
! When you gonna come out and play?
I was fast qualifier in awd mod but I had to pass 3 cars in the first race including "EGO's" smoke-screen oil-pumper (sorry for honking at you so much....
) so I didnt get a decent time. Props to Dieter for hitting the 1:56 range. My second round was much better and I did a 1:56??? but I lost to a tactfull and fast drive from Dieter who stepped it up just enough to pinch the win from me (by just .2 tenths I think ???). Hosing Dieter with champagne almost made up for the loss....
I had anticipated hitting the 1:57 mark on street tires and 1:55 on R's but I missed my est on R's (by about 1/2 second), prob mostly due to not getting a clean run in the 1st round which is usually when i go fastest. Oh well.... I believe Evasisve owns the Mod awd record at just under 1:54 and I knew I didnt have a car to beat that time right now anyway, especially since my car is a fully equiped street class legal car with simply a switch to 255 R tires for mod class. I may just have to figure out how to put some monster "R" tires on my car for mod class instead of limiting myself to the 255's.
Thanks again guys, it's a pleasure doing "business" with y'all.....
BTW, anyone catch any of the other the other top times?
