stock calipers
Does anyone know what inside the calipers?
The brakes are making a really weird noise. Sort of a squeaky/groaning noise and it seems to be coming from both the front calipers. The noise gets louder the more I get on the brakes.
There is no leak around the pistons (but dust boots are shot) so wondering if there's anything inside the caliper that may have broken.
thanks

First I nominate FOE for humanitarian of the year for answering.
Second... if your pads are new how did you put them back together? Did you get the springs in right and use anti seize or the like on the pad backs and edges?
