I was kidding about the hard parked Evos...

There might have to be a rule about action shots on track.

If it was on a lift pulled apart, I'd agree with you.

Thanks Joe, I'd like to run it in cooler weather thats for sure! Defintely a bit of a pucker factor going into T1 and telling your brain NO and keeping your foot planted

I will say braking from 143mph down to 2nd gear for T3 in 100 degree weather is not ideal for my car. I'll be back in November so hopefully with more seat time at the track I can get closer to Yimi Sport. I was managing the Subiefest event the day before and did not get to practice.

I put down a 1:55.00 with only four full attempt attempts before I got locked out gear. Completely boiled the fluid to the point that it affected the gear engagement. That day we thought the clutch or throwout bearing took a dive, but after the car cooled down it went back into gear.

as i was looking through this thread i noticed people with what looked to be vacuum hoses to their brake callipers. i can guess this to be one of two things. to suck brake dust away or to push cold air to the brakes. I'm guessing the latter is true. anyone actually know?
