Thought your EVO was for sale? What car was that in front of you in the beginning laps? He was legging you on the straights but you were on him in the corners
Anyway, Seems like the EVO could use 50 more WHP to keep up the w/ Porches. What is the WHP now?

I wish I could do that with my full weight car but it just eats tires, brakes and fuel not to mention I feel bad for the tranny.

The silver and blue cars are both 996 cup cars in GTS5 trim, about 7:1 hp/weight ratio. In ST2 class we are at 8:1 so they should be faster. My whp is 310 on a mustang dyno, have to add 10% per rules since it's not a dynojet, so the calculated power for nasa is 340. I would love to add more power but I can't unless I go up in class to ST1 which is a huge jump to 5.5:1 ratio.
Those two guys are a bit older and just kind of doing it for fun so they aren't on the top of their game, but I was able to post faster lap times than them. I lost the silver one for a bit during traffic but I was catching him at the end again, it was a ton of fun.

I got the car down to 2850 with me in it last year, then had to add weight this year to get to 3000 now. Yes I run slicks so that's a big hit, but the lap times are worth it for sure.
