FP Red Track Evo's
You'll need larger then 1000cc's for e85 and a red. As far as fp limiting boost to 26-27psi, that's pretty silly IMO since plenty of people have run the stock turbo well over that with no issues at all. If your marketing a record breaking turbo etc etc I would think that you should be able to lean on it a little harder then 26psi.

...and even way back when, certain tuners with a stock block Evo VIII's were making almost 700whp. Wouldn't advise it though, but it's been done... Keep everything in perspective. Mitsubishi used to make you watch a video before buying an Evo telling you that your warranty was void if you hot rod'd the car around. Nissan tells you that your GTR warranty is toast if you even switch off the VDC... where is this going? Manufacturers are going to protect themselves so ease up on the nonsense.
I just tracked my car at CMP with a FP Red. I had a couple issues but luckily none were with the FP Red. I'm running 27psi on the newer 80mm housing and the new oil feed line. I'm happy with it.
