I'm still upset with GrillPT and the saddle at Texas Roadhouse. What's up with that B?

Quote: Thai, nice vid! Congrats again on the back to back wins!

Marc, thanks again for all your help this weekend, I really appreciate. Now I just want to come back down and run Thunderbolt again.

Nice meeting all you guys this weekend; had a f*ckin' blast!
Joe, it was my pleasure. You were a great student, espeically for your second every track event. Do you have any prior motorsport experience? I was very impressed that I only needed to tell you something just ONE time and you did it errtime. Usually with newb's there is so much going on that you need to constantly reinforce the basics.

I'd be happy to instruct you again, but just get that cage fixed on teh pass. side so I don't feel like I'm riding in a death trap, lol. THen we can work on some of the finer points...

Quote: Nice meeting you too, Joe. There's is always ample entertainment when PCD comes to town.

Had a blast running with NARRA, hopefully I'll be able to run again with them in the future.
Haha, it's definitely a fun time with you guys. Sorry I didn't come by much on Sunday, and catch you guys before you all left. I was so exhausted, and napping in between sessions. First day killed me.

Thanks, Marc! I appreciate it! Just a couple autocross days - two in the Evo and a two in my Miata, besides that, nothing else. Haha, I hate being told to do something more than once, so I try to correct it right away. There were a few instances were I was missing the apex, or not braking hard enough, but once I got out there solo, I felt more more relaxed and was able to focus a little more - and run through everything in my head. You helped so much though, thanks again!

LOL, yeah, I apologize about that. It was suppose to be finished already, and it definitely will be before my next event.

Managed to snag a 1:36.1 on Sunday in my third session. I will upload some in car, and exterior vids soon. I was really hoping to grab a 1:35, and after watching the videos I can see where I can definitely make up some time. Overall though, I f*ckin' love Thunderbolt. So fun!

Oh snaps, 1:36 is fast as heck for only having 2 events under your belt, and running Thunderbolt for the first time EVAR!

yeah man, 1:36 is damn fast, especially considering it was your first time there and only your second ever event!

Aw sh*t, that's sick then! Wish I had enough gas, and wasn't so tired, so I could've ran my last session. I was really getting into a good groove towards the end of the day. I'm slow as ***** through, and coming into, the octopus though.

What's the next event all you guys are going to (besides TrackDaze in two weeks)? Anyone going to VIR/NARRA?

Got some videos to share of the action last weekend at NJMP!

Managed a 1:34.3 after the dust settled in the 4th session, needless to say I was very happy considering this was my first visit to the track and I was an underdog on Hankook R-S3 street tires! I didn't let Dan Raver get any rest in his AgileAuto Subaru, will need a more sorted car to even think about tackling Thai Diep though...

Was great to meet you guys out there and I plan on attending the VIR event in 4 weeks as well.

Not sure why only one video is showing up as embedded, this site always seems a bit sketchy with that!
