Trans fluid when using Clutch front diff

Your dog box calls for a different fluid than a synchro box. And you're still likely using a fluid that doesn't have a friction modifier, otherwise the clutch front diff wouldn't do much.

yeah, dog box is compatible with plate front diff.... problem is with synchro box and plate front diff.. I am modifying my transfer so that the front diff uses the transfer box oil (which is LS oil) and gearbox is kept separate from it..

You literally don't want to use LS oil. LS oil reduces the locking action of the diff. Why would you want to do that?
