ACD relocation kinda done, still need to redo a section of the hard line. and testing
has stink venting and water drainage for clean ups pre formed hoses fired up the 3d printer (no not really). will figure out something else later. it reminds me of the waste management truck extra tire clearance and air deflection to the intake finally have room for a aftermarket air intake
If anyone wants, I can email my heat shield templates. For the ball joint, it fits over the ball joint, before mounting the knuckle. A screw sets inside the pinched part of the knuckle to keep it from spinning. My abs sensor shield uses an OEM mount point IIRC.
I can post pics once I'm home and at my laptop. But it sounds like everyone has it figured out.

Finally starting on my winter maintenance now that our house sold.
First up was front case. Its 5 or 6 years old now and started getting low pressure light when oil is really hot but I expected to see more visible wear on the housing than this.
Still need to do a bunch of stuff
- Regrease all axles ends
- Change injectors and pump
- Wire in additional sensors (Fuel pressure, AIT, coolant pressure)
And another longer list of adjustments or misc items to address.

I would strongly suggest to put the pump in the trunk and not in the otherwise stock JDM location... It will last much longer.
We don't have snow/salt in Houston. I was thinking "wrapping" that black cap which I assume is where things get messed up. I believe I have your rebuild kit but I still havent used it.
I also need the trunk space for gear, fuel and a floor jack... things that flop around

ok, that is a fair point. I am not too worried about the pump part these days, but solenoids are a problem if they go..

usually my car is trailered and the evo remains fairly empty, but it's a bummer how the spacing ended up. maybe i should ask someone to fab up a plastic tub/block from the acd stuff that is now contained my my trunkwell

I'm stubborn and want an 'arrive & drive' set up. wave at trailer queens on the highway.
leave yours there if its not a street car IMO
