So our local ebay kind of sites here in nz is www.trademe.co.nz and in australia they use www.gumree.com.au and my105.com.au

Generally you can find what your looking for on there. If your on the new zealand one (trademe) just ask if they will ship to you if you pay for it. if they wont you can always PM me with the item and you can pay it to me and i can buy it on your behalf and forward it on

I'm *considering* it because I'm not sure I want to sell my two toys, all the Evo parts I've accumulated over the years, and pull equity from my house (I have a ton, so it wouldn't hurt) to pay six figures on a 25yo Nissan.
I see GTR body kits so I'd still have the look I love so much. RWD would be a ton simpler and a LOT of fun to drive.
I've never bought the "lesser" version of a car so not sure I'd be happy. I.E. GTR = I'd never buy another car. I'd be done. GTT? I dunno...
If the price were right, though.
Only because of the body and engine work involved.

Yea you can buy the full GTR kit now including the guards in fibreglass and its hard to tell the difference. We are putting the GTR sideskirts on this one cause it has a full impul kit and the side skirt fitment is rubbish lol. If i was to keep it id put the full GTR kit on it.

I have an BMW F30 335i with a stage 1 tune on it and an F80 front bumper cause i cant afford the M3/M4 haha. Its not quite the same but for a road car it doesnt bother me too much.

Thing is with GTR's now they are 4 - 5 times the price of a GTT, so depends on what you want to do with it really. If its an investment then GTR for sure. If you just like them and want to drive one then GTT would be fine.

i never ever ever ever buy a car as an investment. The the R34 GTR is my Holy grail of cars. Not 100% sure I'd be happy otherwise. Like buying a Ralliart instead of an Evo X.

Good investments here at the moment. Toyota Yaris GR- 60k nzd on the lot. now selling for 80k used on the private market cause you cant get any. looking at buying a 2021 i30N fastback- 70k on the lot. only doing 1 run of them and then thats the allocation done for NZ. Will be another one that goes up in price

If you find a GTR for $100k or less, please let me know. But I'd also need a place to store it.

My car's engine and brakes has never overheated on track (HPDE so there's normally someone blocking traffic lol). I have broken a timing belt though so make sure you got that sorted. My friend with a similarly setup evo IX had serious brake overheating issues on COTA, while I was doing fine. He did not have his bellypan though which we think could be whats working for me
back in my TT days(different car), I had trouble with several people's "lap times faster than me' so they get to line up ahead of me for timed runs. If you know the car ahead of you to be slower, you might need to tell the starter to start you a few more seconds later. Also carry enough gas for the rerun! twice i got a rerun but didnt have enough gas to finish ugh

could you explain what a bellypan is? ive never heard of that before. as for timing belt and water pump, pulleys and tensioners, those are all getting replaced here soon (im hoping this week!) so thats one BIG thing i can check off this list. are their any evo4-9 parts that fit my 3? ex brakes, rims ect

it's the plactic cover under the engine. not sure about yours but later models have something that guides air to the front brakes... and apparently it works well in cooling it.

It improves the airflow and cooling through the engine bay. They also keep stuff from splashing up into the engine compartment.
