any issues at all after install? I have heard a few people talk about some code issues after the 600hp clutch pack installs

No not at all. Of course there are very specific instructions on what do do during and after the install. I would guess that those people that got codes, thier instaler didnt use the "MUT" after words to calibrate and or set the clutches correctly.
