nas fort worth has a hobby shop so i can work on my car there for the same price as i paid in germany!! i hope.

 

Doesn't evod generally offer their lifts for ntec folks so long as kevin and crew aren't using them? I know cobb lets some of us use theirs when needed.

i wouldnt necessarily need a lift, just four jackstands and room to work, maybe a few tools for the coilovers.

that would be ideal because then i could just leave the car with kevin. as soon as i put the stuff on the car it would be going there anyway so that would save me the trip

 

Easy way to find out - give kevin a call. If you're leaving the car w/ him and gonna be paying him some $, I'd bet he would let you use some shop space & maybe a lift.

 

yeah ill hit him up. i just gotta get the car here first lol. from what i can tell, i will need to install the coilovers and the damn edfc, the intercooler kit, the newish brakes i have coming, the spoolin cop and spark plugs, mini battery, brake coolers and maybe replace and zip-tie a few vacuum lines. i could possibly knock all that out in around 4-6 hours if im moving slow. well except the edfc, that one will be a bit hard from all the wiring, so i figure ill save that for later, but at least get the coilovers on.

 

unfortunately i don't just let anyone use the lifts here. employees and the guys that race with us i usually let them use one if needed. right now all the lifts have big projects on them anyway so i've been having to work on my back a lot lately

I bet! IMO, the east coast is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live out there. I'll actually be flying to Philly in a few weeks to go visit my grandpa in NJ for his 90th b-day.

 

i used to live in new jersey. i was a little kid at the time but for some reason i remember it very well. nice place, im not sure what its like to live there as an adult. i was in virginia for training and it was pretty nice there too, i wouldnt mind living in that area either. almost all of my family on my fathers side is in that area. conneticut, new york, penny. sis and mom live in florida.

 

i don't know if anyone likes broken lizzard but Steve Lemme and Kevin Heffernan will be at the improv in Addison next weekend. I'm taking the wife for our anniversary.
