anyone going to set up a ntec fantasy football league?

 

A buddy at work is trying to decide between a 04 C5 Z06 or a 08 C6. DD maybe a autox or 2 a year.

I like the c5 z06 personally. You lose 25hp and get a older body style but gain wider wheels and tires and better suspension from what i've read.

 

A 2010 Evo with stage 2 will smoke both those on and off the track.

Actually on the track the vettes are quite capable. In NASA TTA (where a stage 2 evo would fall), the c5 is just as fast when well prepared (it's our primary competition around here and nationally).

 

Indeed. And in autocrossing, Foley and Wagner (IX) are often given trouble by Mark Wortham in his C5 Z06, who placed first in PAX and raw time at the last ER event at MW. He's a great driver, but so are Foley and Wagner. Regardless, they're extremely capable cars.
