Mine were gone at 20k miles.....
The milspec seals are the best out there (I have tried others) - I have them installed in my car and haven't had a single issue. They are priced fair compared to similar seals from other manufacturers.
This past Friday I spotted a GG Evo 9 on Mcknight road and the guy was messing around a little bit with a Ford F-150. Til there was a firetruck hanging a banner over the road for the 4th of July. Anyone know who this was? I was in my girl's 2008 Base Lancer with her. Apparently she looked over at you at a red light cuz I was saying "look an evo!" and you took off.
Like mike said above it is pretty sick, it still needs some more time to adjust tho, but i like it alot and im very happy with it!
Yeah that's typical its your TB shaft seals - stock TB seals are only rated to like 8psi I think so it doesn't take them long to get thrashed. Compared to the milspec seals they are very thin.

any tips when I'm installing them?
Also its wise to log the car with ignition on (not running) and look at the tps values at closed throttle and open throttle. Take note and then once re-assembled check to be sure the values match up again - just another way to double check.
ford is making a new SHO.
i will admit to loving the early models of the SHO, before they replaced the yamaha engine.
the surprising thing about the new one, it actually looks pretty damn good.

and even better...
no wonder ford is the only company that didn't need bailout money. they actually started making cool cars that run again.

Power comes from a 263-horsepower, 3.5-liter "Duratec" V-6, rated at about 18 mpg in the city and 28 on the highway for most models.
Also available is a 3.5-liter EcoBoost Twin Turbo V-6 engine with direct injection that was as fast as greased lightning on the SHO high-performance model I drove.
