Im not telling anyone what to buy. All I did was put out some information and whether or not you choose to read it is totally up to you.

It has everything to do with the conversation!!! The whole purpose of buying a starter home in your eyes or travs is to live in it for 5 years or so and expect to make money off of it. And I was showing how INVESTING IN HOMES WHETHER ITS IN BUYING SELLING THEM OR THE COMPANIES AND BANKS THAT MAKE THEM IS A BAD DECISION...

Evolved, you know absolutely nothing about homes, about mortgages or evos.

Now how dumb does that sound??? stop trying to throw me under the bus. Just because I am right doesnt mean you should add your twist of "terrorist eric" into it.

Enjoy your double wides with your ebolutions parked outside
The issue is your assertions are a completely disjoined mess of nonsesne that illustrates your clear lack of even the basics of the subject matter. You are touting yourself as knowledgeable in real estate as a vehicle for investment, yet it is clear you have never done so yourself. That you brought the MBS/CDO market up as an example illustrates that.

So how many properties have you owned?

Putting myself in voluntary debt for no good reason would not make me any more experienced that yourself. your sentence structure and use of the thesaurus makes you sound extremely smart. You should run for office.

You know I would love to talk about EVO's but this is a chat session. Rarely does anyone on this thread post outside of the pittsburgh meet, so its seems only natural to talk about EVERYTHING in one thread.

Evo's are cool dan. I just enjoy arguing... makes me less home sick

Boom I just smashed out a triple post bonus

"You should also let the guys at patrick.net know that here real estate taxes are based on base year assessments. Not sale price as they claim."

Partially true....partially untrue based upon our home purchase...

Turns out in allegheny county, many of the school districts are taking advantage of the system on this, and trying to charge people on the purchase price... for example:

say you purchase a house for $100,000 and the base year appraisal is only $70,000....the school districts are going after people saying that you spent $100,000 on the property so it must be valued at that amount, therefore sticking it to the taxpayer..I went through this, and ended up having to pay the higher amount for a couple years until the the court hearings and everything were complete. If this happens, you also have to have a second appraisal of the property done based on the 2003 base year value. After mine was all said and done, my taxes went up a little but not nearly as much as the school district wanted..

So two recommendations...

1. If you are buying a house find out of these issues are still going on and appeal it if it happens.
2. If you find out it is, see if your home inspector will take care of giving you a 2003 base year appraisal as well as your standard appraisal that you will need for the mortgage company...

Ya I went to the track once Travis and destroyed my TCase for a second time so ya no track results just street kills

Notables would be kills against a Hayabusa and a 10.3 mustang on spray . Also a Z06 but not really a competitive challenge . Actually have the busa kills on film as well as the mustang kill but peteypab has failed at posting the busa race

saber thats fawking sick dude!!

i was hoping you'd go with something that will give you some serious boost. 5 questions for ya:

1) what is your current mod list and what do you plan on adding to your engine?

2) are you keeping a stock block and head?

3) are you wrenching on the evo yourself, or are you taking it to a shop?

4) what are your power goals?

oh.... and 5) in your opinion, which is better: toaster pastries or poptarts?

I certainly hope so. When I started modding, I had a 400whp goal in mind and the black should allow me to reach that goal.
