I believe they are going to be in Monroeville. Most likely at Miracle Mile, but could start at the Sheetz a little further down on 22.
I think they are planning to be out there somewhere in the 8-9 hour. I'll post here tomorrow when I know more.

Keep in touch. Monroeville is not that far from the meets we have now. With the damn high level bridge half closed it probably takes even longer to get to the waterfront then monroeville from where you live.

Glad to hear you are part of the AutoX at CMU. Think you could get schenley drive through the park shut down so we can do some time trials through there?

Im not talking about getting it once or twice, Im talking about on an every time basis, and you dont need any mods to get 1.8 or lower. There are ppl with stock evos pulling 1.7's, and im talking about 03-04evos that have no two step so we dont make any boost of the line. As for a real race track, there both real race tracks. When you drag at a track you find out whos a good driver and who is not. Its your opinion though so...you like auto-x and some of us like drag, but i have never seen any of us drag guys say on a real race track or that the drag strip shows who the better driver and auto-x shows whos car is faster. On another note here is Glen's video from when we rented the track........................http://youtube.com/watch?v=rGvMaPALxDw I broke traction every time, and am i not joking ask glen. I made 20 pulls and broke traction every time. Glen only got the first two hrs he left for the second two. Like i said in an earlier post, runs were on pump gas 23lbs of boost. Best of that night 11.75 at 121.88mph. Should have done low 11's like 11.40's.

re:
people make drag racing out to be an "i have an auto and about 140hp" so i'll just step on the gas and hold it. once ur breaking 200+hp, you learn to deal with things like wheelspin, and once you have a manual, you have to figure out the exact moment of slipping the clutch etc. and on our AWD cars, that's not exactly the easiest thing to do without bogging/burning. "dragging" is part of racing, it's at the beginning, as is autoX (tight corners). tracking is obviously part of racing, street racing is bawlz out (can you say obstacle avoidance?) but you can learn a bit of racing technique from everything. i suppose rallying teaches you everything you need to know once you start going sideways
Found my problem...Took the failsafe solenoid for the meth out of the MBC line and immediately fixed it. I must have a bad solenoid that won't let the boost grow - which is what it's supposed to do, just not ALL the time
Now I'm happy

I think you have it right. Rally racing is really were we should all be. I think people tend to have the im right and your wrong mentallity about racing.. Its all racing! i do respect all forms. Its really funny tho how much of a debate there is about the different types. Hell i even respect Nascar.
