local Pittsburgh Meet
ahh i have never been a fan of supercharging a 4cly but if that what gets the best gains will see, i never built a custom supercharger kit and prob never will, i might stick to turboing it since thats what i know best and would do my own kit to save a **** load of money, first i gotta get the car then will see

roots or centerfugial?
I was on my way home from work today on 79S around southpoint and i saw a silver evo. Had exhaust and posssibly lowered. WHO was it. Just curious if it was any of you guys? I was in a company vehicle not my evo.
ehh, looks like us locals have another new tuner coming around.. My cousin just traded in his 06 vette (1125 miles) a Vr4 and a Stealth TT on a 2007 STI... he plans on smoking me he said, only time will tell that he is full of ****!!!
picking it up today, now i have more family competition.

True, but he spent like $54,000 on a vette that he drove a total of 6 times? one in which i made a video on youtube for us... The other two cars were junk yard dogs. The Stealth had MAJOR engine problems (cracked wrist pin ect.) and didnt wanna do anything with it. The VR4 was just old, and he kept investing money into it just to keep it road worthy.
Who are you to be talking Mr. Ill buy this 06 evo and go trade it in on a newer 06 evo
just playing, either way it makes me happy, because i can race an import now, rather than that vette.. (not a fun battle like STI/EVO)
I was going to try to get some pics yesterday...Washed it, let it dry while I washed the wife's car, and then it poured. I knew the rain was coming, but I was hoping for a few pics while it was still clean.
I did get the wheels swapped out to my black 5Zigens and I love it! Maybe some pics soon?
Someone on here is selling the SE lip for like $198 - get one and paint it.

Depends on what you mean serious about your car... I am serious about my car, but some may not view it that way.
You got to realize that the evo is not for everyone. Some people would sacrifice performance for looks, better build quality, better interior, and other such features.
That is probably one of the main reasons the # of people at the meets has declined.
Another would be, this is a young mans car. Many get this car, graduate school and relocate for work.
Just my 2 cents.
