I agree the other night when the roads were covered with snow I was going down a steep hill and an *** hole behind me didnt wait for me to go down a hill... Well he started pressing his breaks and realized he couldnt stop swirved to miss me and hit a pole. I just stopped on the hill then he drove away. Now I try not to drive my car when it snows.

I just dont believe in driving my performance oriented 30k plus mods dollar car in degrading conditions.

I just look at my Evo as a toy so , and as a project that dont stop evolving. I couldnt justify comprimising the investment into it. All because of snow and ice. Other tools out there.

04 Evo chillin with 21k on the odometer and its been there for a year hahaha. Dont bother me at all

Lets talk Economics.

My topic:
The big three Auto Makers.

I believe they should get a bail out. I think that they deserve the money a lot more than a shotty financial company that made poor business decisions by taking $200,000 vacations bi-annually. Not saying that GM/Ford dont probably do the same, but the banks new this would happen, and with this happening it has caused financial issues towards them in return.

My fix for this. If you are having a hard time selling a car, you should FINE a dealership for putting markup on it.

Challanger sticker is $41,000 ----locally $52,000+ because they are "rare"
GT500 $42,000 ----- like $60,000 +
GTR $72,000 ---- Like $100,000 at first now its like $88,000+

These companies understand people want to buy them, and want to make a pretty penny. Who makes this money, not GM, not the salesman. The greedy fat guy behind the desk who owns the place...

If you calculate the previous $700,000,000,000 bail out, and divide it by EACH individual who is part of the LABOR FORCE (not people on welfare or retired or in school) that would be close to $120,000 per person.

Could you imagine how you could stimulate the economy by giving everyone $120,000 to spend!!!!

dan your car is going to be MORE than a handful on a dry, straight, flat road.

F*CK taking that thing out in the snow. too much power and too much money invested.

breath on the throttle wrong in winter weather and your *** hole is gonna be puckered so tight you will have a recaro permanently affixed to it.

stockish evos are incredibly fun to drive around in winter time though. with my snow tires on i can usually get around as well or better than any truck/suv. it is always in the back of my mind though about other people on the road. after my initial idiocy of trying to use summer tires in the snow i am more than confident in my snow driving, but other people... no way.

go talk to baierl. they rock.

stay away from south park.

biondi is hit or miss. been a while since i have been there.

baierl is always a great place to go to though, and for service there is no other dealer worth considering.

Evo's are fun in the snow. I had a lot of fun this day. I decked it out for the snow. Clearbra, rally armor mudflaps, and my winter wheel/blizzaks combo.

You can see in this picture where I had a little off course stuck in the bumper

Why not south park? They are by far the closest dealer for me.

because their sales staff are ******. they have talked themselves out of two evo sales with me. wouldn't let me test drive the car either time, and tried to bone me on my trade.

their service department is average, but they couldn't ever track down my suspension noise. i was there over a dozen times.
