CT Evo Owners-PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
Does anyone know anything about the Evo that is at Suburban Mitsubishi/Kia? We know that it was in accident of some sort but we would like to know what exactly happened to it. It is an '04 silver Evo. I believe that it was originally at Executive Mitsubishi in Wallingord but then got sold or transferred to Suburban in Vernon. ANY information would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!! Thanks.

Somebody has got to know something! Please help me!!!!!!! These guys sold me that Evo as brand new, and did not tell me that it was in an accident. We only found out after we drove it home for 5 hours and my husband began to wax it and noticed the overspray and the tape lines. They must not have reported it to the insurance company because the carfax it clean. I will be contacting the dealership today but I am sure they will deny everything, considering they did not tell me in the first place.
Please help!

Hmmm, I was looking at the same EVO at Suburban a few months ago. I noticed some scratches on the rear bumper, and they definitely told me it was 'New'. I dont have any other information on it for you though, good luck
dealerships are the devil.

They also told me it was new too. I think the rear bumper only had a deep scratch because when i went to see it, it still had the plastic covers over the seats. I tried to get em down to 28k out the door back in Feb. but they wouldnt sell it. If you dont mind telling, what did they let it go for.

my brother worked at suburban kia in the service department for a few months (it was a great place to work obviously). he didn't mention anything about that car being in an accident but mentioned that it was ordered specifically for a customer whose financing fell through so they got it from the other dealer for more than they should have bought it for which is why they were stuck when the financing fell through and they had a car they overpaid for. so then for the next 2 years it sat on their lot because they didn't want to take a loss and everyone knew it wasn't worth what they were trying to get for it. a lot can happen in 2 years so who knows what accident it suffered from. suburban is not someone who i will be doing business with ever, none of their branches, even though they are closest to me
glad to see everything cleared up though

i had also looked at that car before i bought the one i have now. the car was in an accident. the hood, front bumper cover and i belive the left fender was replaced. Cunliffe autobody did the work. they wouldn't move from 28,500 when i was looking at it. oh well i'm happy now.

where is this dealership?? i am looking to test drive an evo since the 2 closest dealers are *******s. i might as well not have to worry about hurting this car anymore and get the full experience during my test drive

lol I bought my car from Suburban and have had nothing but good things come out of there. I doubt they knew the car was in an accident if thats their claim. Bob and Pat are both very generous and good fellas. They dont exactly know everything about evo's however they wouldnt try to screw you. In fact I'm surprised they didnt go lower than 28500 after all that time because they gave me mine for 28k after sitting there for only 8 months on the lot. Congrats on your new IX I'd like to see some pics of you and your car
