Since Turco tuned it, very close....
On a slight incline in 3rd or 4th at WOT it will occasionally start to slip. With 3 or 4 people in the car it gets worse.
I'd like to do cams over the winter and I may end up with a manifold/hotside/O2 housing as well. I know it won't last through the cams... maybe it will hold with the exhaust mods...
Why you axe?

I already have the megan manifold and O2 housing. My TME turbo already has the 10.5 as well. So adding cams and a licp, I am trying to figure out if I will need to upgrade. If I do need to, I want to install the new clutch prior to the rest of the new mods. Gauging whether the upgrades will be worth it. The clutch in my car now has only appx 4K on it. Which is an OEM clutch. Just brainstorming...

Well, I am planning on doing cams along with a LICP as well by spring time + I need to be re-tuned. I want to keep a stock fmic, unless I have an opportunity to get a fmic pretty cheap. I ask only because I think I may be close to what the stock clutch can hold once it's retuned for all these mods.

even still, do you think those mods he listed are going to up the output enough to make the clutch just totally crap out? i would think the stock clutch could hold a fair amount w/o just giving up. wont the added torque just make it wear out sooner?
Cams are what usually throws it over the edge.
Here is what is in the car nowz for power mods:
Megan ss manifold
TME 16G w/10.5
Megan O2 housing
DC Sports DP (meowless)
Greddy CB
GReddy UICP
AEM turbo inlet pipe with cone filter
Walbro 255
JDM MR bov
