So I say go 46", but that's IMHO, YMMV
So when you need to make a claim, do you just have to call them? Also will I have to have pictures taken of the car and send them to Progressive? Just so they know how the car looks in case of an accident or anything like that.
I got a quick question for you guys. What insurance company do you guys have? This month is my last insurance payment and in April my insurance expires and I wanna put my car insurance under my own name. I got a quote from progressive and its $1600 every 6 months which is cheaper than what im paying right now with the car under my parents name and much cheaper than the $5500 a year that I was quoted from the same company with the car under my name. I'm also thinking of refinancing the car to try and drop a year or two off of my loan.
I didnt take any pics for all the cars I have had under them. No problems so far
DAMN!! 320 a year? I had the evo and the s10 and it was 960ish I believe.
I guess that's what happens when your 18 and own an Evo lol. When I heard that I almost called the dealership to tell them I couldnt afford the car or atleast the insurance payments lol. Right now I pay roughly $3600 but that's under my dad's insurance. With progressive and the insurance under my name, its $3000 a year. So I think ill be going with Progressive. The $3,600 a year is with a 30% discount I think because my car has Lojack and then I had to go to drivers ed so I could get my license.

i have progressive and i definatly recomend them. i pay 2200 a year with a bunch of tickets on my record. my evo got broken into 3 weeks after i bought it and they came up the next day and were very good. handed me the check on the spot. then i found more damage 2 days later, they came back and cut another check right then and there. Progressive FTW
Josh, my .02 before you make your final decision...if you father/mother/grand parent on any side of your family EVER served in the military and was discharged or retired honorably, you may qualify to be "grandfathered" into a USAA membership. I have USAA for everything, investments, banking, insurance (both home and cars) and they are awesome. With full coverage on both of my cars (both 06's) it's like 1400 a year. And I have quite a few old tickets and my wife has an accedent from 2 years ago.
Just letting you know just incase.

Turcoface, for your room, I definitely think the 46" is the way to go. I haven't seen my tv in our room yet (obviously!), but sitting 6-8' away where it is now looks perfect! And even if the price/inch is similar, you have to think about how much each extra inch costs going up in size. For me, $100/inch wasn't worth it...
So I say go 46", but that's IMHO, YMMV

i pay 10 installments a year. they typically make you put a certain percentage down when opening a new account. iirc i put 400ish down on my 2700 policy when i opened it.
I currently have the same. 10 payments per year but they screwed me the 2nd month in by telling me they changed it to 8 payments a year. I basically had to pay 3 months of insurance in 1 month.
