not yet, they wouldn't let me touch the car until the apraiser looks at it, thats why i could only snap a few real quick, and none good enough to really see the extent of damage

You know whats awesome, when your alarm remote goes off telling you that your trunk is open, twice, and it isnt but you think someone is breaking into your car.

No i think there is an electrical issue. I am just going to snip the wire. If someone really wants to break into my trunk they will probably get anything (if anything) in there before i can get back to the car regardless of how loud it beeps. Plus you cant get into the car from the trunk.

Bring it back to the installer. Acutally it may just be a bad contact too- something we could just fix before you snip it.

Meh, not even worth it. I will see if i can find out where it is spliced before i snip it, but i dont care enough t o spend a ton of time on it. I really never keep stuff in my trunk anyway.
