You don't HAVE to sign up for membership to race, at least at every auto x I ever attended..But if you want to become a member I'm sure it's just 10 minutes of filling out papers in the cold..And yes you need a helmet.. I have a motorcycle helmet if you need one that I would let go cheap..

 

The Non-SCCA Member Entry Fee is $50. It's $35 if you are a member. They do have extra helmets to lend.

It will be the first time that I've been down there since attending some sort of baseball parade...

I walked from chinatown to the stadium that day and hammered down a warm 12 pack on the way lol..Then I played football in the parking lot for the remainder

 

I may be going to Atco raceway instead to get my fix..I want to see what Matt's car can do on pump gas more importantly

like 06RS said, you can register at the site or online if you like. It only takes about 3 minutes either way, your choice. Its $50 for non-members and $35 for members & spectators are free to watch.

Atco is also open on Monday for T&T according to their website. I "might" be heading down there with the z06 and my cousins S4 on monday but not 100% on that, depends on how much I get done at work.

 

I also have a motorcycle helmet that I can bring if you want to borrow for the event.
Dan, he's in freaking hibernation mod. I talk to him on aim everyday. He doesn't like driving all the way to KOP for meets, but I give him hell for it. He knows he's missing out on the fun.

Sounds like my kind of drinking. Mat and I were enjoying Sly Fox "Ichor" monday and I must say it was most excellent.. 10%ABV I had like 4 of those, Stone Arrogant bastard oak aged, and some founders breakfast stout.. It was a nice lineup for a monday late lunch lol..

I actually got the green light to go on Sunday. Thanks for offering up helmets guy's, but I might just go buy one on Saturday. I need one for when/if I go drag racing again anyways. I will let you guys know the outcome on that.

Petey & Mat, you guys would love my brother-in-laws restaurants. It's called The Drafting Room, there's one here in Exton and one in Springhouse (Ambler/Fort Washington). Rated one of the Top50 Beer bars in America. All kind of crazy good drafts and bottles. It's where I spend most of my time when enjoying .
