I'm not abusive but I'm not easy either if you know what I mean. With the blizzack's, if you just drive them in the cold they will stay soft and wear faster. but once you get them really hot, the compound changes and they become alot more durable. its kinda like heat cycling them. it turns them harder and makes them last longer. So far I've drag raced with them on, done an HPDE @ Pocono, a few autox's and just did a winter driving school last weekend with them.

spectators are free to watch but be warned, if you come around me when I'm working on my car I will hand you a wrench and put you to work.

i may stop by to watch. i've lost all love for my advans s4's and can't wait to use summer tires again.

marc you may not want to put a wrench in my hand around your car with all my "extensive automotive experience."

Good to know Dan, I'll make sure you get the tire pressure gauge instead of the wrench

anyone is encouraged to come and watch to see whats its all about.
you can even get a ride in someone's car to see the course @ speed if you ask nicely.

I'm on my 5th year on this set. I can tell they're getting old as I don't have nearly the amount of grip in the snow they used to have. I think if I autox'd them they would be dead for sure. IDK if I'll be able to make it on sunday, I would have to miss my wifes cousin's birthday party (not that I wanted to go anyways). We'll see...

I have no problems giving people rides. There will also be MUCH faster EVO's there who would really be able to show you what these cars are capable of.

Pistol, it may be short notice for a lot of ppl. But if any of you guys are free, let show up and give some of the participants our support. Sound good? I'll bring a case of Yeungling!

they are not expecting a huge turnout for this despite the weather. Right only about 35-40 people are pre-registered. you don't have to run if you don't want to, its totally up to you, but any support you can show would be outstanding... just keep the beer well hidden.

they are planning on make the course between 70-80 seconds long, maybe more, so it should make for an interesting day!
