I got my card 3 days after I joined... you just got your Chu? I thought you signed up before the last CBP event? I don't remember getting for a discount for next year but I did get multiple pieces of mail from them. Maybe I should look through it better before I shred it...

Marc, sorry to hear about your flat. First a dead battery now this... whats next?

unfortunatley I didn't notice the flat tire till I was pulling out of my road. I drove the whole 6 miles to work anyway. I just had it plugged at a garage, all is well again, hopefully there was no sidewall damage.

Chu, I didn't receive anything in the mail from them about a discount but I'm sure when its time for me to renew they'll apply it. Thanks again for the hookup. Glad you and Pete are both members now. You missed a good one on Saturday but don't worry there will be more.

Where are you rafting?

I went whitewater rafting a few years ago on Memorial weekend in Lehigh, it was a pretty good time. We had to continously stop for people with no brain and no clue what they we doing in a raft... but it was still fun.

Sounds about right... Its kind of lame if it is. They say they let water out from the dam to bring the water level up a little higher so the raftings better. If I were you I would try to get a few drinks in me before you go to make it more entertaining. Also, wear something that will dry out quickly yet keep you somewhat warm (that water is very cold) when you get wet, and you will get wet.

WW rafting is great out west, I've gone twice before on the Snake river in Idaho. That is a good time, makes Lehigh look like a calm little stream...

Where was this?

I went to Maple Grove on Friday night and got most of the night in. They stopped for maybe 30-40 min early in the night to let the rain pass. But after that it was all good and got plenty of runs.

It worked out great because hardly anyone was there!

You know you can't just say you went to the track and not tell us what you ran...?
Did you switch back to the stockers for that?

Went to Atco. Should of went to maple grove. Sucked cause all the staging lanes were wet and at atco you have to drive through the water pit so that didn't help either.

I knew I wouldn't be able to squeak by that easy. I ran a 13.3 @ 103 mph (1.87 60'). It was my 3rd and final run since the clutch was heating up a bit. I let it out, and it slipped all the way through 1st gear on this run. Doh!

My prior best was a 13.6 stock, now I have full exhaust and an upper intercooler pipe. Not too bad for just bolting some parts on. Time for a tune.....and a clutch...

Oh yes, ran on my Advans with stock rubber. No problem at all...

Yea, the Grove wasn't bad at all. They were running at 6 pm till the end. Could of got 10 passes in if I really wanted! Unfortunatly my clutch had other ideas....

marc, the sound really makes a difference. when i saw the last run you posted with little to no sound it looked like a pretty long and simple course but when you hear how hard you wind your z06 you get a sense of how fast you are going and how hard you're braking/turning.

cool video btw
