yea now they are saying they want to get the cop that took the report to look at it to see if that was the same damages that the car had be4 it went into the shop. idk chu im **** and stressed.

Sna your insurance company sucks... I'd be switching that ish as soon as your car gets fixed. So basically there accussing you of damaging your car more so you can gain from it... that ain't right.

 

Sna, why and where did the insurance company get the impression that there could be more damage to the car than originally done? was the police report inaccurate? it is a small area of damage. is it because the shop wants to replace the entire door and quarter panel rather than repair?

now you have a hole in the door. your insurance is a pain in the ***.

 

because the adjust looked at the car the first time and low balled the shop guy. the adjuster said it can be "repaired" and the shop owner said no it can not be repaired it has to be replaced he said it is to nice of a car to just "repair" so they got into it and now they are making sure the shop guy isn't jerking them but im the one who needs my car back. state farms' representative should be more professional and state farm should be so dam cheap! im all out of words guys....

Sna, check your policy to see if you have rental coverage, and make them get you a rental car for the time being. Man it sucks the way State Farm is treating you!

 

yea i got a rentals they gave me an '09 Toyota Carolla with a bad alignment. but i gotta pay 20% which i will be seeing this to somebody. gas is good but i just can not adapt.
