Jeff if you and I both decide to go, we should ride together if possible. We can rock the Accord.
Pete escrow the tax bull****. Out of site, out of mind. I think you can get a $8000 tax credit if you buy a house this year.

I will keep you posted if I can go

I think the karting place in Oaks was/is Arnolds. LVGP is better then that place by a long shot.

Jeff, you can't when the house is paid for... you just have to suck it up four months out of the year. Keep me posted as to your plans.

Ben, you suck... I wish I was going.

dude i just bought a house. i am looking forward to the refund this year. i plan on buying my wife a car with cash which should be nice....then maybe i can finally start modding this damn thing.

my house is was assessed way too high and i got to do an appeal to get lower taxes. i'd be saving like 200 buck a month if i did this. anybody know anything about this? one firm contacted me, who will take care of the whole process, but i have to pay them an entire year of savings which could be like 1-2 grand.

Dan I dont understand much about it, but the company I deal with is great. I just refinanced and dropped my mortgage payment 120/month and it only cost me 2grand.
I just sign papers and pay bills

If you want some contact info let me know

You can go infront of the board yourself to fight that. Shelly and I did it for her house which is smaller than mine (1200sq/ft vs. 1600sq/ft) and she was/is paying more in taxes. For some people this works, for others it doesn't. The board didn't do ish for us. Basically told us to stick it. You can try, but I'll warn you, their a group (3) of old farts who really don't care about what you have to say. It sucks, I know...

Sero plans with sprint are where its at, people are even selling them on ebay (the plans).. If you want I can try to get you an employee refrence..
just go to sprint store and ask for business card. To get the employee discounts or friends and family you just have to know their name and email. They get commission and you get a discount.
