I'm still hoping to do the track day at LimeRock with EMRA in October. I know its a hike from here but the track is just amazing.

Im pretty sure I will be at limerock.

My timed run at the end of the day was a 1.03.8
I ran alot of 1.05s, topspeed a lil over 120
Lapped all the other students

My instructor Tim was super fast in his evo X 58sec
Peter ran a 1min flat for second in ST2

Overall it was a blast

We were so glad to see Jeffery show up on Sun to play ! For a first timer on track he really laid down some quick laps and the "happy face" he was wearing at the end of the day was worth everything !! Stiggy (Tim) said for the first time this season he had a student that really made some SERIOUS improvements from the first session to the last session...and the lap times sure showed that. !!! If more of you guys show up next season...it will be really fun and the competition will be very very close. We at M.P.G. swept the ST2 class at this event..Tim Evo X 1st (all season)..Pete Evo 9mr 2nd=(all season)..Thai S-2000 3rd (first podium !!) And Justin BMW bested his previous laps times by a second but had some serious players in his class and just missed the podium by a tenth or so. Overall it was a great day..even the weather !!! I only took a couple pictures but was videoing from the starting line. I haven't uploaded anything but I'm sure with that wind yesterday nothing came out great. It was a great day to actually run though, its a shame their wasn't more people. Wish i would have had more time their yesterday.

Did I mention I saw a kid in a RSX loose it this weekend on Rt282 outside Downingtown... Ben that was the road we took at the end of our little cruise a couple of weeks ago...

Anyways, I was out with the wife for a little cruise in the Cooper, we were stuck behind some slower cars (good thing) and we were coming up to a right hander when this kid coming the other way totally over cooked the turn. He put two wheels off, I said to Shel, he's gonna loose it... sure enough, he over corrected like 3 times, almost hit the guy infront of us and smashed into an inbackment. Front bumper all hangin off... that was really it though. The guy in front of us called the cops. Still don't know why... kids car was drivable, just a little *ucked up. I think the guy was mad he almost got hit...

Anyone know if the Evo cabin filter is cross-referenced with another Mitsu filter. I can't seem to find any at the autoparts stores.
