thanks. I am not particularly looking for a cheap gauge. i want something that is good/accurate. I've been coming across lots of prosport and they're super inexpensive so I was wondering if they're any good.

I would like a digital afr gauge but i could get used to analog.

What do you have in the way of better boost gauges?

Hey there's a name I ain't heard in a while.

I thought it was you but wasn't sure, now that I know I'll be sure to send people your way. Glad business is doing good, I like seeing others do well, especially ones who came from where i (we) did .

I heard the school was getting demo'ed or something like that from an old HS buddy I still keep in contact with. I agree though, those kids now don't know how good they have it.

I know it will sound gay as all hell, but I'd really be hurt if that building got knocked down. I would for sure want to walk in it one last time before it did. I had a great time in high school.

I think what you learn as you get older is that you miss being in high school and college. When your there, your stuck on I can't wait to graduate, but realistically what do you gain? Its fun being an adult and having responsibilities etc, but to be free to just party, screw girls and act like a kid is priceless.

I am with you 110%.. They really do not know what they have. Its ashame to see the youth so lazy nowadays. My little brother is one of the most talented kids I know. He can do anything good in just a couple tries but never dedicates himself to anything because he feels "he deserves" things. I think that is the status quo with kids out now.

I wouldn't mind walking threw there again one last time either. At the time I was there I hated the place but looking back now so many years later with a different set of eyes it was an awesome time of my life with little to no responsability.

I can still remember the last day of school though, opening up the door to the yard and walking out... I felt like I was just released from a life sentence in prison I'll bet we could swap stories about what we saw go down at that place for hours.

random topic shift:

is anything going on this Saturday? I have my son all weekend while the wife is down the shore and I'm looking for something fun for he and I to do.

Right now I just plan to go for a little drive in the EVO. He loves being in that car with all the noise and vibration. I was also thinking of stopping my Merry-mead (i think thats how its spelled), showing him the animals there and maybe getting some ice cream but I'm open for suggestions....

Always that indoor water park over on Rte 73 in Jersey...

I don't really think leaving Fels hit me until probably June of this year. It was my 10 year graduation anniversary. I had to do some real soul searching this summer. I had made a promise to myself that when I graduated high school then got kicked out of college that I was going to work as hard as possible to become some positive. I think to a certain extent, I've accomplished that, but I still have alot more to grow as a Shop Owner/Manager and as an Individual.

Random Idea I have been throwing around to myself for a couple years now. How many times did you have people come in your high school an talk to you/class but like nobody ever payed attention. It was because they were all presented as perfect.

Now what if you get somebody like me in there to talk to those kids. I am not some old fart, I am very realistic and wont talk in some perfect grammar. Basically keepin it real with them. Lets face it, alot of college grads do not get jobs. The College Grads will always have the upper hand, but I want those kids that aren't going to be able to afford it or just dont want to go to know that you can work your *** off to get somewhere in life.

Oh well, that was my rant for the day!! hahah

Its a bit of a drive for you, but my son is obsessed with helicopters so I take him to the American Helicopter Museum in West Chester all the time. Its cheap with a few that they can get in and play with. Its also interesting for adults if you're into that sort of thing. I bribed him into being good tonight if he wants to go tomorrow.

How old is he? You can take him to the giant playground at the Upper Gwynned township building.

I have to finish painting our baby's room tomorrow and we might go out and get a crib. A little less than 3 months to go!

Jeff, you got PM!

Josh, thats a good idea. West Chester isn't all that far and he is just starting to notice planes and things flying around, so this might be a good thing... I'm going to look into it. What time are you planning on going and how old is your son?

Brian, he's 13months. I totally forgot about the playground. Thats pretty close so I'll add that to the list. Have fun with the painting.

Thanks for all the ideas/help.

Ethan just turned 3. We're going around noon I think.

I need to rant for a second. Just to lay some ground work, my wife and I were leading the local neighborhood watch for about a year and we're familiar with a lot of the local officers at least facially if not by name. I did some of the citizens training, got to know the former joke of a chief of police, and one of his sergeants, our liason fairly well. The sergeant is a hell of a good guy. We used to cruise in the middle of the night in the Evo patrolling when it was cold. I was pulled over a few times during the height of the arsons, but they quickly realized who I was and started nodding and letting us do our thing. Essentially, my car is well known by Coatesvilles finest. Tonight I got pulled over by one of them for my exhaust just completely out of the blue. No ticket, but she wanted to let me know the exhaust is illegal in PA. She didn't even run my damn license. For all she knew I was wanted by interpol for weapons trafficking. I know the exhaust excuse is BS because the law states it has to be under a 98 decibel limit and not interfere with emissions related components (ok, I do have those defeated but she didn't know that). I've had the car this way since late 04, been followed dozens upon dozens of times, pass an average of 2-3 staties every day and never even got a second glance. It just pissed me off. She even pointed out that a lot of cars have a modified exhaust. no **** really? Why did she pull me over then? I was super respectful as I always am and she was very nice about it, but come on. I think I should call Jesse Jackson or something because it felt like profiling.
