sucks about the rain but atleast you had a few sessions in the dry. a wet day at the track is still better then a dry day at the office. which track did you run, north course?

All of them East is alot of fun, North was good because I have been round it before and South was fun too. East had some tricky turns and I went off track once in the dry.

The rain was alot of fun, I just wish I had a caged beater, truck and trailer

Nice. I've never done south or east, just north and long. Which one is your fav? have any video or pics from the day?

I think I like east I dunno. Coming off the big track to the infield is pretty tricky. Its more tech than north, but north is faster. South wasn't bad either.
I carry a camera around all day just to take 2 pics.
I was saving the gopro for later and just ended up with some rain laps on North. I will try to load it up later today

Thats sucks that you caught some rain Jeff. Big props to you for doing another event though. Did you get an instructor again, or just run by yourself this time?

I ran with the novice group to start. They had instructors, but they were busy so I just ran solo. The rain sucked, but I learned alot about the car in the rain. And you save gas, tires, and pads

Jeff, The rain was not fun at all...but having the 3 tracks to use sure was. If the weather was good I bet we would have had more miles racked up going to get gas..than track miles !! Pete

Petey, Ben, and myself discussed the possibility of have a cruise and meet at the Troeg's facility in October. I'd like some input, and I will start planning.

I think thats a great idea... but are you sure you want to organize a meet where were going to be drinking and then cruising? Troegs is a good ride for you Philly guys... Don't get me wrong, I'm game, just depends on the date.

I thought that we were talking about going to The Grey Lodge to enjoy some Nugget Nectar. Nugget Nectar is on right now, unless they ran out since Sunday. http://www.greylodge.com/beer.html

In terms of visiting Troegs Brewery in Harrisburg. I have always been looking for an excuse to go out there, but as Pete mentioned that would be an awfully long drive home after visiting a brewery.

Edit: Nugget Nectar was still on as of Sunday at 6:50

The brewery will just be a meet and take a tour. Drinking is on your own, so you take the risk, lol. THe grey lodge would also be great, and not too far for you guys to coem into philly.
