Philadelphia Car Meets
Let me know how that works out for you...
Did you order your COP? I just spoke to him and he led me to believe you did. I ordered mine too, I got the new coils.
free to a GOOD home!
just throwing this out there... is anyone looking for a great house cat?
My wife and I have been debating whether or not to do this but, its just not fair to the poor guy, he doesn't get any attention anymore with the baby and dog in the picture now. His name is Garrett and he's the most friendly, affection giving, well behaved cat you would ever come across.
We've had him for about 5 years (since he was a couple weeks old) and got him from a friend who's cat had kittens, so he's not from a pet store or anything. Garrett is fixed, declawed and all shots are upto date along with flea protection. He is great with people/kids & other cats but doesn't care for dogs.
If anyone is interested or wants more info shoot me a PM.

We just got my parents cat when they moved out west. I'm now the proud parent of a 13yr Himalayan named Cashmere. Hope you find a good home for him.
I loved my Bull-mastiff, he passed away last year, loved my golden, she passed a few months ago. Both dogs were awesome, Bull-mastiff was 8 1/2 and golden was 14. All we have now is the Laso that is in picture.
If you want a big dog,a Bull-mastiff is great, but they are a lot of work and responsibility, like any big dog.

my wife and i both grew up with golden retrievers (no, we're not brother and sister).
i wouldn't buy the crap they sell at pet stores. my family has always dealt with breeders. we're headed out to lititz, pa where there is a litter.
that wasn't meant to sound pretentious. i don't see the point in spending two grand on a puppy mill puppy when you can get a more genetically diverse one for less than half of that.

Why don't you rescue a Golden or a Mastiff, there are tons of them that need homes. Another option is LiLo's Promise (I think that is the name google it) which is an Adoption/Rescue for dogs run by a Philly Region member's wife. The cool thing they do is train the dog prior to adoption. He brings his dogs to the local Autox's and they are always amazingly obedient. My wife goes on a site petfinder.com that has a section for rescuing dogs too, maybe those sites may be of some help.
