the vacuum is for the brake booster. no clue why it would be needed when bleeding but I'm curious to find out.

Well it looks like Robert from FP is nice enough to hook me up a little. I bought the old Oil Supply Line kit w/Inline Filter from them when I bought my Red and FP4R cams. It leaked on me after the first test drive with it. Tried a few more things but nothing but more leaks and headaches. I took it back off and through it in a bag, disgusted that it didn't work. This was last winter by the way. I found out that some Reds were crapping out because of insufficient oil pressure from the head. I had time yesterday so I gave Robert a call and told him I wanted to order the new version of the supply line kit and that I had the old leaky kit sitting in my closet. He apologized for the mishap and gave me a whole new kit for $50 which retails for $150 for the new version. This new kit draws oil from the oil filter housing. Hopefully this one doesn't leak on me.

Yea that kit is awesome. I like how the filter mounts right in front under the radiator. Easy to get to for cleaning

Hey Dek0026, since you're our resident medical expert Im going to ask. For the past few months I've been having a pain from my right nut that shoots up to my abdomen area. It comes and goes. Typically I feel it while I'm cruisin in my car in the sitting position for awhile. Any thoughts?

Well I get occassional pain in my kidney. I know of atleast 6 stones that are in my kidneys. It's the sharp pain in my right nut that has me worried.

Is this your way of getting Dan to look at your nuts?

I'm a little afraid of what this thread has turned into...
