You want a "carbide Burr" (double cut).. You can find them at sears but not all of them have it. Best bet is to order from MSC or Fastenal.. There is a fastenal on harbison btw..You need carbide because the stainless will make a grinding stone it's *****.. And you want to use a air powered die grinder as the stainless or cast iron will make a dremel it's ***** as well Hope to see you guys soon!

I agree with Pete.

Anywho, does anyone know of an intake pipe that retains the oem position? I assume the Dejon ones can be used with the stock airbox right? I want something that will work with my carbo box.

^ You know Chu, I'd be more than willing to take that box off your hands...

I'm sure most of the intake pipes would work as its the MAF that bolts to the box and not the actual pipe. No...?

Even though the pipe bolts to the MAF, they all angle differently, like the Buschur, ETS, AMS pipes, all only have one bend and points and MAF and filter up at an angle, which render the stock or aftermarket boxes useless. Petey gave me an AEM pipe, which I couldn't get to fit correctly. And I dont think that box is leaving the car anytime soon...I love that thing. Josh has been bugging for it since he sold it to me so he has first dibs if anything,

Chu I have the jmf one, it has two bends. Filter comes out straight relatively close to the stock box location, just cut the couplers to get the proper length on it.
