Yeah heading to the office. Were you running late? I would think you leave before me given your long commute.

yeah i usually leave between 6 and 6:15. i don't usually drive and when i do i go another way because the bypass/202/skuylkill blow in the morning but today it was all gravy. i got to work in 45 minutes.....shocking!

you know there is a much easier and quicker way to west chester from out by us. take marshalton/thorndale road to halls road (at highland orchards) then right onto 322 and into west chester......actually i think you know that way considering i passed you on 322 before.

I'm working! Love this place!!! Wish I could just set up a cot and stay here foreva!!!

Hey, what do you plan on doing about wheels for this coming season? Have you made any decisions yet? Who did you sell your other ones too Ry?
Looks like I'll be ordering StarSpecs (when I find a bag of money on the side of the road), I don't think I'll find another tire as versatile as them that will meet all my needs.

Haven't made up my mind about wheels yet. I sold the Enkies to Ryan. The neighbor backed out of the BBS...the tires are too beasty for his Lancer, lol. So I'll run them in the winter series until I decide on something for the spring! They still have minty RE-01Rs on them, so they should last until I pick up the wheels. Petey has been talking me into the new Enkei PF01s.

BTW, got a text from Petey. He should be daddy anytime today.

I used to take marshalton up, cross over 322 onto phoenixville pike and loop around to where I work by the airport. The problem is I leave at the same time every school bus in a 50 mile radius is out and about. I was always getting stuck behind buses then they closed 2 bridges along the route. It's a PITA now so I avoid it. It usually takes me 15-30 minutes taking 30 to get from coatesville to west chester. Not the best but it's manageable.

Does anyone know how to get to ccp(community college of Philadelphia) from Executive house. I'm next to the overbrook rail station.

take city line toward 76. at the last light before getting onto 76 turn right onto presidential blvd. follow that straight through the light and stop sign onto west river drive (mlk blvd). you'll go through two lights before you come out by the art museum on the ben franklin parkway.

here's the tricky part. west river drive will spit you out at a traffic circle. you'll be sitting at a light hopefully in the left lane. pass through the light and get left where you'll run into another set of lights. it is best to be in the right most lane here. go as straight through that intersection as you can (i.e., don't go around the circle more). that street you end up on will sweep you into spring garden street. follow that to ccp which is like 17th? 16th?

hope that helps. that is the best way from that area. check out mapquest or cruise out there tonight to see what i am talking about. it is pretty east and will take you about 30 minutes drive time i imagine.

and for days you don't want to drive, hop on the r5 to center city and get off at suburban station and take the broad street line (subway) to spring garden station.

Congrats Pete! You're in for a lot of fun

Our baby is 4 weeks old today. He's finally getting his days and nights right and sleeping at night (thank god!).
