Lol. In reality I'm all about the ladies. I can do your plans for Sunday by the way. I'll get ahold of you later or something. The wife is "ok" with it.

Wow the last few things I said sounded unintentionally gay. Not really helping myself.

How is good old Jim these days? He needs to make it out to the next meet!

Would that be the DIY kit?

I tried to avoid that whole array of post, but the last one is just too funny...

Yeah. I could make it for you and kittenz but it's still going to cost me $25 for material from work and another $25 for the aluminum to make a COP plate. His kit is actually very reasonably priced. He sells every component separately like connectors and such and from what I could find he had the best prices on the mitsu and toyota coil connectors.

Wait scratch that I have the wiring and braided sleeving already so that wouldn't cost me anything but a few hours of assembly time.

Jim sounded like he's doing great. He's putting his car back together. I will be sure to keep him updated on the next meet, if there is one.

I agree with Josh on buying the DIY kit from Matt (Spoolinup) if you guys plan on doing it yourselves. Its not worth saving a few bucks to search around. He's got it all laid out there. All the same parts he uses on the complete kits.

Yeah. I'd certainly be willing to put it together for you guys though since I have the tools and know how. I can make the plates too.

It's a very basic but effective coil on plug ignition that spoolinup sells for the 8 and 9. It's a lot cheaper than the other-company-I-won't -mention-because-he-searches-for-it-constantly-and-drops-into-every-thread-it's-mentioned-in-kit. Works very well though.

For you guys looking to do the DIY coils, the coils that come on the Scion XB and Prius works.

Whats' decent? I saw a few on ebay, but none are completed sets. If your total comes out more then $290, then just buy the competed kits...

I'm not retarded you know... eventhough I may act like it some times.

$60 plus shipping... decent enough?
