r-comps on that lot would be like ice skating. A lot of us are going to be running all-season/snows. not like it matters for points, its only a winter series event, still a lot of fun though.

I hear that, so what did you go with???? inquiring minds want to know. if you're sticking with 17's I hope you stepped up your game from 8.5" to 9.5".

This is probably a dumb question, but maybe one of you could help me out. I have the ETS mini battery on my car. As it is now, the negative terminal is towards the rear of the car and the positive terminal towards the front.

I want to flip the battery 180 degrees so that it's facing the opposite direction since the positive wires are stretched pretty tight and 1/4 inch away from my UICP. The problem is that the negative battery wire is grounded to the engine compartment (with some other wires attached at the same spot) right below the strut bar. This makes it so the wire isn't long enough.

Is it safe to unhook the ground (leaving the other wires attached to the same spot), and attach the negative cable ground to another spot, such as the mini battery holder?

Yes. You can get a longer negative cable from any auto parts store and re attach it at the same point too. You just need to make sure its a solid, straight to chassis ground or youll get a lot of electrical issues.

No I'm not going today, it was never in the cards for me. It doesn't really sound worth it with the snow we got yesterday anyway. How are they going to clear the lot?

Went out to krazy house. I have some snow tires on, which I've decided aren't any good.
