Connecticut Evos
Just o-ring'd the block, new crank, new race bearings, blah, blah, blah
Pretty happy with the street tune. 611whp 484 wtq on 93&alky....not bad for a little 37r.
It's all good Ethan, I have already considered sticking with the AMS tune anyways just because I dont really want to deviate from my original plan. Yshen if you really dont want to mod the car performance wise, you could always upgrade the exterior and interior to wet you appetite. Evo X's really are beautiful to enhance with some rims and CF accents.
On a side note, will the aftermarket parts from Ralliart void warranty seeing that it is the factory in house tuning division? You might want to look into that route Yshen if it becomes and option for you. Typically though factory tuned parts are really expensive.
On another side note. Weather seems to be warming and I was wondering if anyone was interested in another mini meet towrds the end of the month or early April?

RAWR!!
Stupid over-boost issues! I think my wastegate actuator **** the bed. Peaking over 30psi on the stock turbo on pump gas isn't fun... Anybody happen to have one laying around? lol I'm only guessing that's the problem, but it's either that, or the controller.

The UConn car show is April 10th, and I assumed that we were all gonna meet up there. Nonetheless, I would be down for a meet up whenever. You pick a time and place this time.
just picked up my block from Headway Performance this past Saturday. Howards Rods, JE 2618 pistons w/ 9000 series wristpin, ACL race bearings, ARP main studs, and stainless oring. cant wait for the car to be done this spring. will be tuned using bb 6262 and meth on stock ecu.
hmm... i might actually have the evo for the Uconn show.. if i do, i might swing down... Although if I do have it, that means i'm prepping it for Rally NY, which means i should be spending that time working on it, not showing it off...
