i stopped by the shope yesterday, and the place was great.. i will be there every week when the open it..

they are pretty backed up now, but dyno day will be soon (what I heard from Paul)

 

Thanks for stopping in. Ya, we're working on setting up a meet. Our goal is to have pretty frequent meets once everything is up and running. We want to establish a good community feel. Do any of you guys go to the Mark's Meets in the summer? We're thinking of having a weekly meetup at the shop before each meet so we can all caravan over. Then maybe dyno runs afterwords.

 

That's a sweet idea. I have gone to Mark's a ton and the import section is always really sad. A supra once in a while and one stock evo used to come but the turn out for that section has always been poor.

Of course the car show itself is huge. Always some nice vette's and old school GTO's.

It will be nice to see support in Northern CT. It seems like we always have to travel down towards Jersey to see a big turn out.

 

I don't go to Mark's to see imports. I go there to experience the muscle. The shows are all pretty awesome. There used to be meets at the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield but I don't think there has been one since 07. I guess the NE Evo population is not what it once was.

Thanks! Yes, we've been very busy (a good thing!) but I'd love to see more Evos in there!!

 

just keep us up to date on dyno day i will deff come buy or any car shows or meets anything keep us informed

 

Will do. Right now we're planning a big grand opening that would be open to everybody, but we're thinking of holding dyno days/meets just for Evos/STIs/VWs etc. We're also thinking of maintaining a power board that ranks the top HP Evo/STI that runs on our dyno.

That Eric said....there are a few CT evo's, besides my own, that will show up to said dyno day and reek havoc on that power board.
