That makes sense, but I thought as a community we had found out that the T3 twin scroll options for the GT frame turbos that we like to use (35R up) are too small to achieve anything worthwhile?

ETS, didn't charlie(vboy) have great success with a 1.06 t4 35R? Better than t3 spool, and all the power uptop?

Congrats guys. Watching it looks like my boy Jesse's car at 645whp (S2, 3586, magnus...everything we need to equal a X ) moving down the street. He is making that power at 33 or so I think and is on Q instead of Import.

Car looks and sounds SICK.

I must say, it's pretty impresive that the car is doing muiltiple pulls w/o blowing the motor at that power and rpm.

it should do low 10's or high 9's with the way it's setup right now.

man can u imagine 900hp on an evo x . . one day i hope someone hits that number . . other then that lets see who can pull the fastest 1/4 mile time with this setup

Hope you are ready to change the brakes and buy some wheels and drag radials or some slicks because that thing is not going to stick and if it does get ready for the rear end boom or t case but lets see it.

yes, we have had good luck with that setup on the 8/9. We have a few customers currently with that setup. We also have a couple customers with the T3 .78 A/R (TTP has this now) The T3 twin scroll is working very good on TTP's customers car right now.

I'm saying It's capable of 10's right now since we are in-line with ETS. They just went high 10's with the same setup. The car will get some track time shortly after our tuning session.


We are on it, trust me. This car will not be on this motor/turbo for long....we are going to fart 900hp on the next goal...I will leave it at that.

Guys, I might be calling the kettle black a little on this but when you said your test run was in an industrial zone, I pictured abandoned warehouses. In the first run you shifted to 5th and showed 7K rpm. What's that, around 130mph on surface streets with people/cars all around. You passed a guy walking 3 ft away at over 100mph and he didn't even flinch because he probably didn't hear you until you were next to him. That thing is so fast it's like one of the FA18's that you see the Blue Angels fly; you don't hear the crackle until the thing has gone by!!

This community really doesn't want to see you guys kill yourselves (or anyone else) tuning this Evo so please be careful with that thing, it's a mean *****.
