I'm new to the Evo scene but I gotta say this 1.2 cf is pretty lame. I can understand you doing it by your customers request for his own records, but posting it on a site and announcing to break world records is funny.

any ways, TeaJay (Owner of the evo) wanted to make this record, not DG, they are just the guys doing their job... you know that thing they get paid for doing!!
TeaJay has enough money, he doesnt care if he blows his motor, besides he has a built X engine sitting in his garage!!

Its 104 degrees here in our dyno room.. Trust me.. No record breaking is going on here on a dynojet.. We arent able to multiply the HP like they are nor we would we anyway.. Our records are set at the track..

ETS has a dynojet.. No playing with #'s there.. they probably run it uncorrected..

edited i read wrong ... its funny how buschur is going faster then everyone with much less hp .

Why is it HATING??? If it was ANY vendor regardless i would ask them if they think a 1.2 correction factor is a little hefty for claiming HP records.. Nothing to do with hating on someone.. The people that know these #'s are not accurate to dynojet are the ones asking these questions.. its not HATING..

I know english racing usually runs uncorrected (I know they did on mine). I know ETS does as well. I'm not a dyno expert, so is there any reason to run a CF besides inflating the hp numbers?

dont forget that teajays evo is almost full weight DD,, its not ment for DR, maybe future, but ya you could have a car with 1000HP get killed by a car 800hp its all on how you make it... and how you drive

I think you are confusing Dynojets with Dyno Dynamics. A dynojet is what it is and cant be manipulated. It does not have an adjustable correction factor other than SAE, DIN, STD, etc. They all read within a few whp of each other.

ETS has a Dynojet
Mike@AWDmotorpsorts has a Dynojet
We at EnglishRacing have a Dynojet
Al uses a Dynojet these days
TurboTrix has a Dynojet
AMS
Iveytune
etc.

I cant Speak for those companies but we run an STD correction here as do most shops that are here in the HOT SOUTH.. It helps factor in the loss for the extreme temperatures we see the dyno room.. It was 104 degrees today in our dyno room..
