Dyno price is non negotiable and goes straight to KHC. So the price would be 100 for the dyno time, 250 for us, so 350 total.
In general-
Standard tune means more or less any mods with stock injectors and MAF. Anything else you'll need to look a the additional charges and see what applies if any.

Going rate for a dyno tune: $400-500
So $350 is a deal! (added bonus of having it done by English Racing)
vehicle: 2010 Evo X
mods: intake, turbo back exhaust, fmic kit, 3 port boost solenoid
tune: 93 pump gas

also i would like to 2 maps tuned one for 93 and one for e85 extra cost???

I went back and changed some of the stuff since I hadnt noticed before that the E85 stuff was including the tune price as well. Your charge would look like:
100 KHC dyno time
250 base tune
125 sd
100 1050 injectors
100 e85 and gas map
Total- 675
