Thats why I feel its dumb for the region to be going there in the first place...
I think the potential courses that can be set on this lot make it worth the drive. Of course, it's close to home for me... but I was driving 1-1.5 hrs to Warminster (ok place, but got old after a while). I drive down to FedEx Field on occasion and up to NNJR, too.

The number of events at these locations is limited by their main business schedules. Delaware Park only lets us use the lots in the "off season," which means beginning and end of our summer schedule. They have too much training, racing, etc. going on mid summer to let us in otherwise. We actually start later there in the fall because we have to wait for morning sessions to end (don't want to scare the horses).

I knew it would take a dump fast. Sure, it was all the rage when no one had cracked the ECU yet, and it was simple. But once the ECU was cracked and people started custom tuning, it was totally worthless. People can't give these things away now...

I saw it coming as I went through the same thing with the Evo VIII when it came out in 2003. Vishnu tuning from CA came out with a piggyback that quickly went away once the ECU was cracked. It was all the rage for a while and was a good temporary solution, but I knew it wasn't the be-all-end-all solution. I was sure tempted, but never invested. Glad I didn't.

You'll have to keep me posted if you end up going to the DR this weekend. I may make the drip down to join you guys.

It isn't that. The wipers are still inoperable. If I can get it back tonight, I may be able to get them sorted by the weekend.

That freaking sucks. The east coast is so bad at supporting motorsports. I can't see Liberty Bell succeeding with its efforts now.
