so I have this woman who comes in a few times a week and helps me out with basic admin stuff. Well she came late today and didnt tell anyone, just walked back to her desk and started working. I just went over to drop some work off and she is sitting there in tears... instead of asking her whats wrong I asked her to make me some copies and fedex a few things and walked away. i kinda feel like a d!ck for doing that but #1 its not my business to know why she is crying and #2 I don't really care all that much to ask her. I also don't think its approporate to bring your personal life into work and have it affect others. There are now 3 people back there talking to her and my **** still hasn't been copied or FedEx'd.
