You bite your tongue that's Hella-flush and slammed, what your looking at there is the weight of the car un-evenly distributed because the engine is in the front. Also there is a lot of speed and heavy braking going on. Get a photo from the car at rest you will see.

I have seen it a lot its a lancer with a wing that looks like a evo wing.
