BTW, do you know how long it takes for PCA to get back on the membership? I submitted my form two days ago. Got myself and Chau on the 3 year plan! SWEET!

Seriously though, I spoke to Eric who asked Vince while I was holding on phone. Eric said "I will call you by the end of day either if we can help you or not". His comment motivated my post, I am certainly going to follow up though regardless.

if you sit in there for hours to get work done you see about a million kids with beat to **** 240s coming in and low balling or setting up appointments only to cancel them because they're "waiting for their paychecks. i feel a little bad for the people trying to run that place.

i'm not trying to defend them but after what i saw when i was there, it's understandable that he'd forget to call you back. that dude eric handles most, if not all customers.

 

yeah that sucks but i'm still not happy when they quoted me one thing, then charged me something else saying because I had springs I needed a special alignment. Then I got a promise to get called back and it never happened.

 

when I did mine initially it was thru their website and I got a membership number quickly via email. I want to say it was like in less than an hour... not sure how long it takes for the snail mail. good move on the 3-year, thats commitment right there

I need to renew mine before the end of the month.

BTW, signed up for a couple more PCA events:

4/21 - 4/22 @ Thunderbolt (Thursday & good Friday)
5/16 - 5/17 @ Lightning one day and Thunderbolt the following (Monday - Tuesday)

 

I did mine through on the site also. Got a confirmation email saying it will be reviewed, but that was it.

however on the phone i told them my setup and I needed an alignment.

 

Just looked over the confirmation, and it says the membership card will be sent out in 2 weeks. Maybe they stopped doing email confirmations for memberships.
