James, you need two things here, a PO Box and a safe deposit box. Both will save you from questioning/divorce court. Keep your money in the safe deposit box and get the CC statements sent to your PO Box. You can have a seperate bank account instead of teh safe deposit box, but if you file taxes together she 'might' see the interest income on the 1099, thats why I do it like that. The only thing you have to worry about then are deliveries coming to the house... but if you're clever you can make excuses up like "ohh, I traded so and so my part for his". or something like that.
