here is a link to a typical 2-day schedule, the one day will follow a similar format.

I'm seeing a pattern here.

Thanks marc.

In other news: this girl I know is applying for a per diem position to cover me here at the hospital. She had to get a physical, drug tests, blood work done prior to orientation. She went on Monday and was supposed to come meet me for orientation today. She texted me yesterday saying she's going to have to reschedule because she has to wait until her physical and stuff is cleared. I was so tempted to text her back in proper PCD fashion with "subtle "I might fail my drug test" text" but I restrained myself.

My second session, two guys crashed right on front of me. Lap 1, turn #3, red flagged the session and it was over. I commend the PCA for giving us another short session at the end of the day to make up for the lost track time.

I can't justify the purchase until I 'know' it will be better than the one I have. I'm a cheap SOB. besides, the BOV acts very differently when you're modulating the throttle than driving on the street, that is really the comparison I'm looking for.

last event I did there were two accidents, both in the green group. One red caymen on day 1 in the, which was the one who hit the wall on the 2nd turn of the very first session.
the second one was between an e36 m3 and a black porsche, thats the one Pete witnessed. Both drivers had instructors in the car when it happened.

Not anymore than I was. It's always been my biggest nightmare with doing a trackday.

I crash my car at the track. Thats it for me. I'm not keen on committing insurance fraud and my wife will be like "F you and your F'ing car!" and I'd be stuck driving an 8 year old corolla while still paying off my Evo.

So yeah I'm a little scared of that happening to me!

I think you would be a fool to not be at least a little scared your first time on the track.

Yes, i really like it so far. Partial throttle is the name of the game, and thats really where the Synapse shines. I had no trouble with the TiAL during dd or wot. But track conditions was where I learned of my partial throttle issue, and reason I bought the Synapse. I am more than happy to lend it to you, but I have the one flanged for a TiAL. I'm not sure how you would mount it on your car. I have nothing but good to say about it though. I think Fineberg needs to remove his Forge fro one of these also.

The bimmer got the bad end of that one, his car was pretty jacked up. He did come back out though for his other sessions, luckily for him he didn't pop his rad and the car was still driveable.

Once I'm driving I feel completely comfortable and relaxed, only when I'm not on course, or the night before does it worry me.

I dont care if I'm the slowest car on track and have to point people by all day. I just want to have fun and get some experience.
