I've never been there but from what I hear its all about relaxing... There is nothing to do except chill. No boardwalk, no stores or bars and everything is ways away. I hope you really like her family. 
I'm sure it depends on where your going down there, as to how much stuff is actually around. Either way, its a vacation, hard to complain about that.

I already started to plan my time their haha. Rent Jeep, drive on the beach, found a few go kart tracks that look ok, go fishing, maybe go jet skiing. I cant just chill I have to keep busy

I spent all my summers growing up on the coast of southern north Carolina. There really isn't anything there to attract people other the beach. Away from the beach it is full on hillbillyland with a "ms. Shrimp pageant" and everything.

Instead of Prima Pils, I just picked up a 50 liter keg of Six Points Crisp. It's a very nice Pilsner brewed in Brooklyn. I've hears people say that it's better than Victory/Troegs/Sly Fox/Stoudts pilsners.
