Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
after i improve my driver mod I want to switch to coils. While the mr bilsteins work awesome with gt worx, some aggressive spring rates would be nice. I see how some of your cars go around and stay flat, even with my rear sway I still have considerable body roll. That being said it could still be all driver and it could feel a lot better once I smooth my driving out.
What doesn't feel right about it? Be careful. I've heard of a lot of people who lost brakes completely on the road because they didn't know what they were doing. I usually do 16 pumps each for the rear calipers and 12 for the front to bleed a system topping off the fluid every 5-6 pumps. Start from the passenger rear outside, then in, drivers rear outside, then in, passenger front outside then in and finish with the drivers side. Make sure you're not just relying on a one man brake bleeder and closing the valve when the pedal is up. It works much better to have the brake pedal fully pushed in by a helper or the wedged stick method before you close the bleeder valve.
I would love to own your Ohlins...but I should not buy anything as I have to told numerous times to leave the car alone....by you!
Chau has some JICs on his car. Tiebout also had them on the RX8. THey were both super smooth. However, JIC has pulled operations form the U.S earlier this year, so I'm not sure who can rebuilt them.
