I may have found a way to have my cake and eat it too. I have people lined up waiting to write a check for a share of an aircraft, and if if things work out as I hope I'll be able to buy a 20% share of an airplane for quite a bit less than 20% of the purchase price. I'm planning on turning it into a small revenue stream as well. I'm going to be looking for a nice PA28-161 (Piper Archer II).
