Sure, it needs tires, brakes pads, o2 sensor, inspection and a new boost gauge

as long as it isn't in the drivers line of sight it should be fine. I have two cracks in my windshield. they've been there for more than a couple years and I never have issues with tech. Maybe you guys need a different colored (read:non oriental) person to run your cars thru tech.
Chau and I are PCA members...it was like $80 for three years. But I don't want to take chances with BMW becasue they gave me a lot of crap about my tint, which no other club has done before. They gave Chau a warning last time. WHat makes it worst was that we sent photos to the tech guy, and he was okay with it, until the car went through tech the day off. I know he drove your car, that wasn't the point. It never should have been failed in the first place. that crack didn't cause more of a distraction than driving in the rain. I could see if this was a students car we're talking about here, but Thai is an instructor.
